Auxiliary Systems Tender Lead

We are now looking for Auxiliary System Tender Lead who will be a part of our department at TPC. Our team culture is flexible and cooperative with highest regards for safety and occupational health. In this position we offer Hybrid work solutions, where you can work from Ludvika and Västerås.

Your responsibilities

  • Being the point of contact towards external civil designer for all topics related to auxiliary systems.
  • Participate in the Plant Design tender team meetings. When required, participate in customer meetings and in relevant design review meetings.
  • Responsible for the engineering budget estimated for the Auxiliary Systems in tender process.
  • Responsible for the Material budget estimated for the Auxiliary Systems in tender process.
  • Ensure that the Auxiliary System scope and cost are aligned.
  • Lead and track the review of time schedule related to auxiliary systems activities for the project execution phase.
  • Estimate risks/opportunities and communicate it to the tender management.

Your background

  • To ensure the delivery of the bill of quantities (BoQ) of auxiliray systems in the tender phase.
  • Have a good understanding of HVDC design
  • Secure input data and evaluate impact/consequences based on the change management process if input data is changed. Document changes in a traceable way and follow up that the design is done accordingly.
  • Review the tender document list (TDL) and customer document list (CDL).
  • Review the auxiliary systems deliveries to secure the quality.
