Over the last decade, INOPC has evolved to become the largest engineering hub serving more than 40 countries across different energy sectors. The team caters to the four business units-Transformers, Grid Integration, Grid Automation, High Voltage and has successfully executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries.
Mission Statement:
In this role, you'll be in charge of the management of system delivery projects in FACTS (Flexible Alternating Current Transmission Systems) technology, including technical and commercial responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:
- Hold the overall responsibility for the management of assigned multimillion-dollar projects.
- Work together with other Hitachi Energy Power Grids units, either as a consortium or main supplier, that you will represent.
- Coordinate with stake holders both internal and external to Hitachi Energy Organization
- Take initiatives and very often critical decisions that will affect the deliveries of your projects.
- Manage, both strategically and operationally, the appropriate use of technical and human resources.
- Use your negotiation skills to finalize the terms that would benefit your projects.

Your Background:
- A Masters/ Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
- Candidate should have minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in managing HVDC / FACTS / Substation projects with a value of 50 MUSD or higher.
- Hitachi Energy Project Management Certification or a PMP certification
- Good knowledge of Design Engineering Standards in Electrical Power Systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated technical attitude and a passion for quality.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
