Main Accountabilities and Activities
- focus on assigned countries within Europe and/or North America
- complete account management of distributors and end customers, establishing new contacts with potential customers
- responsible for regular forecast, product promotion and new design-ins
- gathering market information, preparing market analyses, tracking market trends
- coordination and various support to distributors and customers worldwide
- active communication and coordination of sales activities with other departments in our factories in Czechia (Prague) and Switzerland (Lenzburg)
- close cooperation with product management regarding pricing / marketing approach.
Requirements:
- university degree in engineering or business management
(with technical understanding) - minimum of 5-year experience in international component sales
- experience with using various sales channels (such as distributors)
- basic knowledge of semiconductors
- advanced in English and Czech language (min. C1), German language as advantage
- strong business acumen, ability to work independently
- responsible approach, high level of integrity
- willingness to travel, on average 20%
- position based in Prague, Czech Republic
