To strengthen our applications area, we are looking for an IS Operations Lead/Application Manager - Integration Platforms who will take full accountability for operational and support aspects of IS Platforms based Integration Services. How you will make an impact:
- Support Service Manager with whole scope of processes and operational activity of IS Solutions and related Services in scope in alignment with Enterprise Architecture guidelines and timelines defined by IS Leadership team
- Manage integration platforms from initial planning, development through retirement (decommissioning). Is responsible for release management, operations and compliance management. Contributes to application portfolio and demand management.
- Implement, manage, maintain and optimize Integration Platforms and corresponding solutions/services in regards of application knowledge. Is responsible for operations framework integrating Service Monitoring, Event, Incident, Problem, Change Control, Configuration Management, Service Remediation, and Service Level Agreements
- Proactively support installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS solutions/services
- Executes all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACIS specification
- Maintain effective communication channels towards stakeholders on the delivery side internal and external service partners, and on the customer side - with IS teams of the connected applications and systems

- Bachelor's or higher Degree in information systems, electrical or mechanical engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations environment in various roles out of which a minimum of 3 years of experience in leading and/or managing application or platform operations in a complex multi geography/time zone environment
- Systematic approach and business-oriented mindset combined with good articulation, negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills
- High sense of responsibility and commitment; dynamism and a high degree of resilience
- Experience in problem solving and crisis management concepts
- Thorough knowledge of IT service management concepts (ITIL)
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Experiences working with Azure Service Bus and MuleSoft technologies is an advantage
