Mission statement:
You be the sales service supervisor, who will understand where problems occur in the field and provide effective solutions. Data analysis and join quality improvement project to improve customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities:
- You will be working in field service engineering work will be focused on providing technical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment including, Identifying and correcting more complex problems associated with start-up.
- You will be researching, evaluating, and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs.
- You will be developing on-going relationships with customers to secure future business.
- You will resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems and/or train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
- You will be managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision, coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals and problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.

Your background:
- You hold a bachelor's in mechanical or related engineering.
- Preferably more than 2-3 years of experience in Sales experience.
- Having suppler audit experience is a plus.
- Experience in leading a small team of engineers and good coaching skills.
- Strong team-work capability and Good self-learning and sharing.
- Good English skill in reading and writing, speaking skill preferred.
- Good communication skills with customers and suppliers.
