As an Account Payables Business Partner, you will be an enabler of change and facilitate a resilient network also connection business with the Finance CSS Centers in area of Accounts Payable. By active stakeholder management, you will provide a true business partner experience and value and help to find solutions and connect the right people. You will support the business to understand Accounting and it's impact and challenge business through asking profound questions.
Your responsibilities
- Promote 2-Way communication and drive quality communication in the collaboration with our partners
- Serve as the contact and escalation partner for local users
- Gains understanding in respect to business templates/differences/expectations
- Act as a speaking partner to local business, driving results and actions
- Lead and drive country-specific improvements related to local AP process participants in the business
- Act as a speaking partner for the Finance CSS Centers regarding regional/global improvements
- Take the lead and drive changes and change management around applications and ERP setting/configuration at the local level
- Train and onboard relevant AP topics (Processes, Applications, and ERP) in the country and in the Finance CSS Centers
- Provide and maintain relevant training materials and templates for local users
- Helps in complex issues in relation to AP invoice processing in order to from local understanding process and understanding of the partner
- If required, provide operational support to the Finance CSS Centers towards internal users/business or third parties in language-driven or escalation situations
- To digitize physical receipts (e.g. checks, hard-copy invoices) if needed

Your background
- Advanced communication skills, ability to influence others and understanding how people go through a change and the change process
- Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies across a portfolio of complex transformation programmes
- High level of accuracy / attention to detail, hands-on mentality, strong delivery attitude and pro-active attitude
- University degree related to finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent
- Proven working experience in Finance roles
- Passionate about processes and continuous process improvements
- Preferred: Experience working with offshore teams and working in a shared service environment
- Fluent English and German
