Role:
The primary job of a Senior Safety Specialist is to address customer safety, anti fraud issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. He/she will interact with customers on a variety of channels and ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately, as well as streamlining the reporting and handling process.
Responsibilities
- Proactively protect our ecosystem, prevent fraudulent activity
- Review and investigate reports of potential violations Work closely with the rest of the community team, PR, and Legal
- Work with product teams to enforce Match Group Safety guidelines and Anti-Fraud guidelines in the Hawaya app.

- Work on critical safety and anti-fraud incidents reported by users or proactively moderated by the care teams, and work with stakeholders to ensure resolution of incidents.
- Contribute to building the team and the organization for long term success
Qualifications
- Strong command of English language;
- Minimum 3 year of experience in safety related roles;
- Strong user empathy;
- Attention to details
- Analytical thinking;
-Strong stakeholder management skills.
