We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team in crafting the best candidate experience for our applicants and hiring managers. This role is a 6-month contract role to support the team as we go through a period of growth. You will help with a wide range of day to day operational recruitment tasks such as coordinating and scheduling interviews.

So, what will you do?

  • Create an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish
  • Coordinate interview scheduling for our candidates and the hiring managers, whilst handling different time zones and calendars via our applicant tracking system Lever
  • General administrative support to the team
  • Communicate interview details and answer any questions that the candidates may have about our interview process
  • Organize reference calls and background checks
  • Partner with IT Operations, Workplace Experience and the HR teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
  • Manage job postings through our ATS ensuring all postings are inclusive and inviting
  • Act as a brand ambassador, building and communicating our employee value proposition
