Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst supports the sales organization by providing critical data analysis, managing sales processes, and optimizing tools to drive sales performance and efficiency. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in sales tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will help improve sales operations by identifying trends, providing actionable insights, and streamlining workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track team performance.
- Assist in sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.
- Support sales process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices.
- Manage and maintain sales tools, including CRM (Salesforce), CPQ systems, and other enablement platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within sales systems by conducting regular audits and cleanups.
- Provide operational support for regional and partner sales teams, including order book management and debt collection.
- Assist in preparing materials and insights for leadership presentations and reviews.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in sales operations to recommend innovative solutions.

Who are you?
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and CPQ tools such as Zuora.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, metrics, and forecasting.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present insights effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Strong proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce (SFDC) and CPQ systems such as Zuora for quote creation.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and Power Query, for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with project management tools for effective coordination.
Knowledge of sales processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, and order book management.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights clearly.
