What's the role?
The Procurement Operations Manager will ensure that the Procurement procedures, processes and rules are always enforced to ensure efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, including using the Procurement tools (including the one powered by Coupa). This role involves managing teams of Procurement Operations leads, interact with suppliers, interacting with internal stakeholders, optimizing procurement processes and procedures while ensuring compliance with HERE policies, local laws as well as industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that requisitions, contracts, purchase orders, vendor profile management are processed in compliance with HERE’s policies in the Procurement tools. This requires a deep understanding of HERE’s ERP purchasing module/Coupa S2P along with contracting, legal, Sourcing policies and accounts payable practices
- Lead Procurement operations teams in regions, provide coaching and mentoring to Procurement Specialists, help in resolving complex issues, managing escalations as well as internal audits, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Lead/support innovative business solutions (Catalogues/Webstores) and enhancements to improve S2P process and Internal SLAs
- Ensure processes and systems are best configured to ensure a user-friendly, efficient, and smooth customer experience, foster/strengthen customer centricity in team’s culture
- Review internal key performance metrics and provide recommendations for process improvements, fostering Customer Centricity
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to Procurement activities

Who are you?
Requirements:
- 7+ years in a procurement role
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, supply chain, finance, or other information decision sciences
- Demonstrated ability to lead team members and projects
- Experienced in PeopleSoft ERP with focus on eProcurement, Coupa experienced or certified is preferred
- Experienced in MS applications especially MS Excel
- Experience creating, managing, or negotiating contracts
- Demonstrated success in gathering data, conducting analyses, and generating high-quality outputs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential material
- Interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively work with all levels of HERE employees
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can continually re-prioritize
- Capable of managing projects with milestones and providing status updates
- Ability to perform root cause analysis within cross-functional groups, such as internal audit
- Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in English
- Critical thinking capabilities to assess problems and provide resolutions
- Showcases interest in continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends and technology
