What's the role?
The Partner Account Manager II (PAM) sells through partner organizations into targeted accounts as part of our go-to-market (GTM) execution. In this, the PAM looks grow our relationships inside partner organizations by focusing on targeted accounts to drive new revenue for both HERE and our partners in order to best meet customer requirements and accelerate time to market/revenue. This role supports the Transportation & Logistics (T&L) vertical in the AMERICAS region, and requires industry specific knowledge related to the T&L industry and location technology.

- Define account-specific strategy to sell through our partners to the aligned target accounts ato end customers and collaborate with internal partner managers and teams to determine the best way to work with these customers.
- Work with partner organizations to ensure new partner targets are being supported by their external partners (AWS, ALS, ESRI, etc)
- Establish and foster client relationships and secure buy-in regarding the assigned targets on behalf of T&L team
- Adhere to HERE Sales Process and establishes full data accuracy in Salesforce and associated internal systems related to opportunity pipeline
Who are you?
The preferred candidate will complement their supply chain, logistics, and transportation industry knowledge and relationships with a keen understanding of the industry ecosystem and its leading technology providers. The Sr PAM is viewed as a subject matter expert, and is adept at uniquely identifying how best to leverage the right relationships for appropriate customer need/opportunity.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of experience in partnership/business development positions within the technology space (software, emerging tech, platforms)
- Proven ability to support & manage sales and relationships in a EURO 1 Billion+ company and drive revenue by selling to enterprise clients and leveraging appropriate partnerships in support of driving end-customer business
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills to enable ability to interface effectively with key stakeholders and identify sources of value from partnerships
