What's the role?

Team:
The Product Trust team is looking for a ML/MLOps Engineer to help streamline our state-of-the-art tools and processes for helping developer achieve compliance. You will play a key role in automating these processes my building, testing and deploying ML models. The Product Trust team is responsible to address Privacy, Security, and licensing compliance from the earliest stages of the product development lifecycle. As a member of this team, you will become the subject matter expert for ML-based process automation, but you can also expand into the licensing, privacy and security domains. You will work with a global team to build and deploy ML models, drive improvement to compliance, and inform best practices for development teams.

Main responsibilities:

  • Build ML and GenAI models to power processes automation for license review and compliance processes, reducing manual effort of teams across the company.

  • Ensure smooth operations of our process by ensuring quality and availability of ML-based automation.
  • Work with teams to design the process automation and build the datasets needed for training and testing the models.

Technologies We Use:

  • Languages: JavaScript, Bash, Python and Kotlin.
  • CI/CD: GitLab CI/CD pipelines for building and deploying infrastructure.
  • Cloud & Monitoring: AWS, Splunk.
  • Version Control: Git.

Who are you?

  • Proven experience in a ML Engineer or MLOps Engineer role, building, deploying and optimising ML pipelines in production.
  • Experience training, testing and optimising ML and GenAI models
  • Knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques and frameworks
  • Interest and propensity for learning about new fields, technologies, tools.
  • Good understanding of agile development practices, product release process.
  • Advanced knowledge of Python
  • Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.

Would be a plus

  • Experience working with CI/CD environments such as GitLab, containerized environments such as Docker, shell scripting.
  • Experience contributing to Open Source projects and engaging in the OSS community
  • Experience developing automation using GitLab APIs is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Kotlin is an advantage
  • Interest in the Security & Privacy space.
