What's the role?
Overview: Join HERE Technologies as the Business Planning & Operations Lead for the Portfolio Strategy & Enablement group within our Product Function. In this pivotal role, you will drive integrated planning initiatives and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with our strategic priorities and execution needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Annual Operating Plan Management: Ensure our annual operating plan is effectively aligned and allocated to meet cross-functional funding needs related to our strategic priorities.
Integrated Roadmap Development: Oversee the creation of comprehensive integrated roadmaps that reflect our product plans, capture dependencies, and facilitate coordinated action towards market priorities and targeted outcomes.

Process and Tool Management: Enhance and maintain processes and tools for integrated planning to maximize efficacy and efficiency across the organization.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Establish clear metrics for progress and performance through robust analytics, ensuring we have actionable insights and a strategic roadmap for future analytics development.
Strategic Analysis: Conduct necessary analyses to support strategic, funding, and operational trade-off decisions, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Initiative Management: Actively manage key strategic and product initiatives across the company, fostering alignment and collaboration.
Portfolio Taxonomy & Architecture: Develop and maintain a product portfolio taxonomy and architecture that connects teams, aligns work plans, and assesses performance impacts.
Who are you?
You have 12+ yrs experience and will lead a small, dynamic team of Planning Managers, Business Analysts, and Data Scientists, working closely with embedded Business Planning & Operations teams within our Product Teams and engaging with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Detail-Oriented: Capacity to document assumptions clearly and make informed recommendations.
Influential Communicator: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead through influence and articulate complex concepts clearly.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with HERE’s portfolio and business models is a plus.
