JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Telemarketing Representative to contribute to the sales of HealthFirst products by fostering and maintaining the sales and marketing activities of HealthFirst. This role is responsible for making outbound calls to assigned Dentist/Physicians based on target lists, webinar leads and digital marketing programs. This position will also be responsible for inbound calls derived from leads and our 1-800 numbers.
Please note: The work schedule for this position is 8:00AM - 4:30PM EST
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strive to achieve established sales goals
- Handle both outbound and inbound customer calls
- Identify potential customers for new product offerings through targeted lead generations

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail
- Strong computer skills required, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Typically 2 or more years of related experience
PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus
- Prior sales experience in any capacity
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
- Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training
- Bachelor's degree preferred
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Travel typically less than 10%
- Office environment
- No special physical demands required
- Attend yearly National Sales Meeting (NSM)
