Position Title: Senior Product Manager

Line Manager: Head of Product

Working with: Product, Design and Engineering

What you'll do
As Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing against a compelling vision and strategy for your product area.

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs through qualitative and quantitative insights, including customer interviews, market research, and data analysis
  • Identify and deeply understand the problems that will most impact our business goals and strategy
  • Apply your product sense to execute effectively; reducing complexity and thinking entrepreneurially
  • Tighten product feedback loops, including MVP, beta groups, and exceptional communication with internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with engineers and product designers at every stage of discovery, design & development
  • Write comprehensive and commercially-sound opportunity framing documents to support prioritisation, and translate into clear requirements
  • Have a passion for developing and mentoring others in the team
  • Demonstrate a hunger for learning and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate discipline and commitment to sustained and high-paced delivery cadence and processes required to support this
  • Learn to say 'no', based on solid reasoning and transparent prioritisation

  • 5+ years' experience in a Product Management role.
  • Exposure working in a fast-paced start-up/scale-up, woking closely with engineers who ship quality features at pace.
  • Experience delivering exceptional customer-facing products that focus on efficiently achieving jobs to be done.
  • Comfortable taking true business ownership of a critical product, giving confidence to stakeholders with your awareness of performance and metrics.
  • Data analysis experience, ideally with SQL.
  • Understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques and methods.
  • Ability to produce solutions to complex problems with many constraints and use sound judgment to assess risks.
  • The ability to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
  • Proven ability working within product squads with engineers and designers.
  • Experience engaging with customers - ideally in a B2B environment - to build empathy and understanding.
  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and make data-informed decisions.
