Supports the coordination and execution of corporate Human Resources administration, programs and strategic initiatives.

  • Corporate HR Administration - Supports companywide HR Communications efforts relative to leadership changes, business organizational changes, key corporate announcements, and other internal messages to TSMs. Partners with HR and business leadership on the effective drafting, review, and approval process to ensure a consistent and uniform communication process across the organization. Responsible for initial drafting of Quarterly Management Meeting and BOD HR presentations and materials, for Corporate Communications and CHRO review. Supports CHRO on a wide range of corporate HR initiatives and special projects related to Chief of Staff, the HR Strategy and Operations team and broader HR organization, as required.
  • HR Global Programs - Serves as main point of contact for various corporate global HR programs. Responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of these programs, including partnering with the Office of the CEO and external vendors, as needed. Research best practices and develops recommendations to streamline and optimize programs.
  • TSM Listening Strategy - Supports all initiatives related to The Pulse, Henry Schein's global culture assessment program. Partners with project lead on the effective and timely rollout of the survey. Partners in the development of marketing and communication materials. Provides ongoing support to global teams regarding survey results data and action planning.
  • Change Management - Partners with HR team to coordinate change management activities related to key HR organizational projects and initiatives.
  • Special Projects - Supports key and ad-hoc projects (i.e., HR Strategic Planning initiatives, Enterprise wide projects and initiatives), as needed.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

3+ years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.

COMPLEXITY:

Work on problems of limited to moderate scope and impact where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practice to determine appropriate action. Build productive internal/external working relationships.

SUPERVISION:

Receive a moderate level of instruction on day-to-day work and detailed instruction and guidance on new projects or assignments.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Typically, to advance to a new job level, TSMs must demonstrate professional behavior and should consistently be at the high-end of meets expectations or consistently exceed expectations.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.

To the extent this job is performed in NYC, the salary range for the position of Global HR Analyst is $63,630 to $87,491. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
