Job Description

Job Title: Equipment Sales Specialist

Department: Equipment

Reports To: Head of Equipment

Location: Remote

Overview:

To initiate, manage and complete the Equipment Sales Process with individual customers.

Job Responsibilities:

The role holder will be expected to be responsible for the following:

• Perform equipment selling function to prospective customers

• Provide office layout and design service to customers

• Communicate with customer selected contractors/architects/designers on equipment requirements

• Perform initial and final site inspection to assure proper order configuration

• Communicate with the Installations Manager on job requirements

• Act as lead component of Equipment Installations and follow the standard procedures

• Complete equipment paperwork obtaining customer signatures and information

• Review financial arrangements with customer

• Review with customer proper operation of equipment

• Manage all equipment related customer expectations

• Educate and train FSC's on equipment

• Interface with installations team and provide all relevant information

• Remain current on new equipment trends, developments and technologies

• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required

This role is extremely varied; therefore, the job description is not exhaustive and the role holder will be required to participate in other duties as required by the business.

Job Skills & Experience Required:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

Qualifications:

• Degree (desirable but not essential)

• Would be required to study and pass The BDIA Certificate: Introduction to Dentistry

Skill & Experience:

• Minimum three year's sales experience, preferably within the dental environment.

• Proven sales success.

• Proven sales track record and commercial skills

• Good remote / video conferencing sales, presentation skills

• Good organizational and prioritizing ability.

• Great communication skills and able to write professional correspondence
