JOB OVERVIEW:

As a Digital Success Partner (DSP), you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of our digital restorations product line across California, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington. You will deliver training, provide ongoing support, and serve as a trusted resource for our customers. This role involves working closely with our sales and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will serve as the go-to expert for training, technical support, and post-sale follow ups to ensure seamless integration of new equipment and technology into dental practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide new customer basic system training for all CEREC, Planmeca CAD/CAM, and digital scanning solutions

  • Plan and execute 2-3 day training sessions for new customers, ensuring seamless adoption of new technologies into customer practices
  • Manage post-sales activities for the first 100 days, conducting proactive follow-ups to assess satisfaction, training outcomes, and system utilization
  • Collaborate with TechCentral and manufacturer support teams to resolve technical concerns
  • Facilitate the resolution of escalations involving digital product software and hardware issues
  • Conduct in-office product demonstrations to prospective customers to showcase digital solutions
  • Foster strong relationships with Team Schein Members (TSMs) and customers to promote continued education through local study clubs and other learning opportunities
  • Partner with operations and local sales teams to understand installation dates and schedule appropriate training activities including post sale follow-up

  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    Minimum Work Experience
    • Must have a minimum of 3 years dental experience

    Preferred Experience
    • Experience with CAD/CAM and 3D Imaging devices and planning software is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
    • Experience in training dental staff and doctors on imaging and or CAD/CAM preferred
    • Technical support experience

    Education
    • Associate's degree required
    • Typically a Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in related discipline preferred

    Specific Knowledge & Skills
    • Familiarity with CAD/CAM and 3D imaging devices and planning software
    • Enthusiasm for teamwork and delivering exceptional customer experiences
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Must have excellent ability to learn and articulate software-related problems and technical concepts
    • Must have ability to empathize with customers and convey confidence.
    • Must have basic understanding of Internet connectivity and networking.

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
    • Registered Dental Assistant or Hygienist that is capable of in-mouth procedures is preferred
    • Valid driver's license required

    TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
    • Travel may be required for equipment installations and training. Travel typically less than 20%.
    • Office environment
    • No special physical demands required

    COMPENSATION:

    The posted range for this position is $61,085 - $95,445 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to be fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
    • This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
