JOB OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for the implementation and operation of the local / regional / distributed Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program. IAM is the framework for managing people's digital identities leveraging business processes and technologies, to ensure appropriate access is controlled based upon role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform the operational execution of IAM related activities (i.e. processing and completing provisioning and de-provisioning of access) in accordance with documented policy and procedures.
  • Completing all tasks assigned within scope, quality and time-frame allocated and be accountable for those tasks.
  • Document activities and gather artifacts to support IT General Control requirements compliance and reporting for IAM.
  • Proactively communicate the status of ongoing daily support and problem resolution (i.e. reporting of access issues and troubleshooting access problems and failures and exceptions).
  • Provide on call and / or off-hours support, as needed, to complete priority activities.
  • Execute IAM process improvement initiatives and new technology research, development, and implementation / operation.
  • Participates as a team member, as assigned, for small scale IAM projects (in terms of cost, scope and business function), that are either locally or globally managed.
  • Contribute to the identification and implementation of means to improve the qualities and efficiencies of access processes, systems, and results. Maintain awareness of current technologies and best practices as it relates to cyber security and in particular IAM.
  • Collaborate with IT solutions teams pertaining to IAM related requirements.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • IT and Cyber Security experience and awareness.
  • IAM experience and awareness.

• Basic planning/organizational skills and techniques

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

Typically 2 to 4 years of related professional experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
