Description and Requirements
The Senior Manager, Marketing Implementation (Technical Project Management) will lead the Marketing Strategy team's implementation operations and project management capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Marketing Strategy team (Marketing Analytics, Media and SEO) and collaborate with technical stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects and campaigns. This highly visible position will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies, managing complex project lifecycles, and aligning project priorities with overall department goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide senior-level oversight for the end-to-end lifecycle of Marketing Strategy projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, technical requirements and timely delivery.
- Strategically manage team capacity and resources across multiple projects, ensuring optimal workload balance and prioritization.
- Oversee the intake and prioritization of new project requests for the Marketing Strategy team, ensuring clear alignment with business goals. Collaborate with project requestors to gather detailed and accurate requirements to build efficient project plans.
- Lead efforts for the Marketing Strategy team to build processes and workflows with the Monday.com implementation team. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency, scalability, and performance.
- Own the implementation and management of campaign tracking toll-free numbers and vanity URLs to support tactic setup operations and accurate campaign measurement.
- Create and maintain thorough business requirements documentation for technical business partners.
- Serve as the key point of contact for internal teams and external partners on project status, resource needs, and any critical updates. Regularly communicate progress to project teams and other key stakeholders.
- Partner with key stakeholders in IT, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Marketing Automation and Digital Assets to ensure project alignment, successful technical implementations and seamless execution throughout project lifecycles.
- Anticipate and mitigate potential project risks, conflicts, or roadblocks, ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 7+ years of project management experience in a technical environment within Marketing or a media agency.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in managing large, complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of Marketing workflows, including analytics, SEO, and media planning, is essential.
- Proven experience working with external technical teams, including Marketing Automation and IT, to ensure the technical aspects of Marketing projects are executed accurately and efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certification is a strong advantage.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, RoboHead).
- Experience successfully leading MarTech vendor RFPs, onboarding and implementations.
- Experience managing projects involving Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data integration and CRM workflows.
- Proven experience with campaign tracking (toll-free numbers, UTM parameters, vanity URLs) to measure and optimize Marketing performance.
- Marketing experience in one or more of the following: partnership programs, campaigns, and brand engagement/activation.
- Healthcare industry experience for example: insurance, pharmaceutical, hospital, medical supply, managed long-term care, nursing home, government or other healthcare agency.
- Experience working with one or more Medicaid managed care plan products, such as Family Health Plus (FHP), Eastern Benefits System (EBS) and/or Federal Employee Program (FEP).
- Strong attention to detail, planning and organizational skills.
- Capable of articulating conclusions and defending opinions in a persuasive manner when warranted with well-developed data-driven analysis that establishes trust.
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently and accurately while working with multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work in teams and build good working relationships.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter, results orientation and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve with minimal management oversight.
- Good analytical skills.
- Create pivot tables in a spreadsheet.
- Experience using an electronic medical records database for managing patient health information.
- Experience using a corporate e-mail system (including shared calendar rights preferred)
Hiring Range:
- Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $119,900 - $183,430
- All Other Locations (within approved locations): $102,600 - $156,655
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
