Description and Requirements
As key position under Enterprise Integration Center, this role will be responsible for developing and maturing integration architecture, delivery and implementation of Integration Services across enterprise through tight coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure the acquired and internally developed applications and processes meet, or exceed, the integration requirements of Healthfirst and the healthcare regulations.This role will also have responsibility for serving as an Integration lead for requirement analysis, design, architecture, development, testing, deployment, quality and delivery of large-scale initiatives. He/ She would also be managing a matrix team of Integration team (employees, consultants and service delivery partners) for the delivery of the Enterprise Integration Services roadmap. Duties & Responsibilities:
• Integration Software Design and Implementation
• Serve as a technical lead for architecture, design, implementation and interface decisions related to Healthcare Online Exchange, Online Portals, CRM, Claims, Clinical Management, and ERP Integration Systems.
• Work with the team members and across IS and business organization to influence overall Software development, application integration strategy and development direction.
• Drive the design methodology of the software development process using Waterfall and or Agile methodology.
• Assess feasibility and ramifications of new business requirements. Design appropriate solutions and recommend alternative approaches when necessary.
• Stay abreast of advancements in modern world technologies in order to determine relevance and possible impact to existing system as well as future development path.
• Recommend and implement engineering best practices, including use of design patterns, code reviews and automated unit testing.
• Develop and mature process for high level and detail estimation for schedule and budget for integration.
• Act as the Solution architect and or service delivery lead on major initiatives.
• Ability to lead team and work with Business group, Enterprise Architecture team and other technology groups within the organization in managing the overall directions and implementation of Integration. services for enterprise.
• Additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in architecting solutions for applications
- Lead solution designing in technical space of SQL, database designing, .Net, Informatica and AWS services
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specific Capabilities, Technical Skills & Experience (required):
Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook skills - Management experience
- Graduate education [Master's/PhD] OR a Professional degree [MBA/MD/JD]
Hiring Range:
- Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $114,000 - $164,730
- All Other Locations (within approved locations): $97,800 - $145,520
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
