Description and Requirements
Position Summary: The Research Specialist is responsible for planning, managing, monitoring and implementing Clinical Partnership's portfolio of grants and other related projects that support Healthfirst's clinical and quality objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develops, promotes, and drives departmental studies and other related projects.
- Ensures relevant deliverables are timely completed in accordance with organizational and other relevant policies.
- Creates and monitors project plans and other required documentation such as workflows, protocols, and job aids. Certifies work is compliant with relevant regulations such as HHS reporting requirements.
- Executes statistical analyses using a combination of healthcare utilization and study data.
- Manages relationships and effectively communicates with internal and external partners to ensure excellent project implementation.
- Contributes to the development of grant proposals, briefs, presentations and evaluations to assess project sustainability and return on investment.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Hiring Range:
- Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $106,300 - $153,595
- All Other Locations (within approved locations): $97,000 - $144,330
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.

The hiring range is defined as the lowest and highest salaries that Healthfirst in "good faith" would pay to a new hire, or for a job promotion, or transfer into this role.
