Reporting to the Retail Strategy Manager, the Retail Strategy Associate is responsible for supporting cross|functionally teams to assist the Retail Manager to develop, assist in execution, and continuously improve upon a retail strategy that supports the member and prospect experience across product lines and throughout the consumer lifecycle. This role primarily supports the consumer experience and attaining profitable growth. This will include day|to|day strategic development of numerous community|based offices and retail sites. This role will promote the Healthfirst brand and values through retail venues, improve and enhance the consumer experience, maximize profitability of retail channels, and monitor member acquisition cost by line of business and location.

Overall, this role is responsible for supporting the improvement of data collection and transparency in the Company's retail locations through:
|Identifying areas of growth opportunity to improve member and prospect experience and maximize profitable growth
|Identifying areas of opportunity for retail space, including opening, expanding, and changing of retail locations and/or type
|Establishing a system to monitor retail visits, including reason for visit, line of business, and outcome of each visit, at each venue
|Coordinating with various teams that serve the Company's members and prospects in retail space, including Marketing, Sales, Member Services, Provider, Community Outreach, and Facilities, and communicating accordingly.
|Liaison with vendors as needed, included but not limited to design, architecture, and marketing

Retail Support
|Coordinates with Site Lead(s) at each retail office to ensure consistency in consumer experience and brand experience across various retail locations. Interact with and collect feedback from members, prospects, and HF employees to best understand and identify opportunities and areas of improvement. This requires communication and frequent on|site presence.

Competitive intelligene
|Maintains awareness of market trends in retail channels (across industries), recommends/implements best practices.
|Reports findings and recommendations on a semi|annual basis at minimum via comprehensive report with recommendations and action plan.

Strategic analysis
|Monitors activities and process flows in retail locations, including prospect/member encounters and renewals/enrollments.
|Supports key functional activities and processes throughout the year at retail locations. Assist in identifying areas of continuous improvement. Provide summary updates and recommendations to Retail Manager and Product team. Supports implementation accordingly.

Sales production
|Supports analysis of sales projections and enrollments/renewals by retail office and line of business.
|Supports tracking of sales production by location in conjunction with Sales Operations. Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate retail planning. Reports recommendations to Sales/Product teams and coordinate implementation.

Marketing
|Coordinates with Marketing to ensure marketing materials meet needs of consumers and Sales.
|Ensures marketing materials are regularly updated and displayed appropriately through Marketing team.

Member Services
|Supports and coordinates with Field Member Services team to ensure consistent uniform brand experience. Track number and type of encounters.
|Supports tracking of consumer encounters by location, time, and type. Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning. Reports recommendations to Sales/Product teams and coordinate implementation.

Hiring Range:

  • Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $81,100 - $117,470
  • All Other Locations (within approved locations): $71,600 - $106,505

As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.

The hiring range is defined as the lowest and highest salaries that Healthfirst in "good faith" would pay to a new hire, or for a job promotion, or transfer into this role.
