SUMMARY: Responsible for collecting, collating and ten key data entry of customer information on main frame computer system for returns credit as well as operation of Smarti scanning system.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect, sort and collate customer return paperwork;
- Ten key entry of customer returns information into OTC system;
- Creating and updating customer returns header information;
- Maintain high level of accuracy, productivity and efficiency while performing data entry and Smarti systems functions;
- Interpret returns paperwork and computer systems information efficiently and accurately;
- Scan and index return customer paperwork into Smarti system;
- Ensure Smarti scanned paperwork is readable and identifiable;
- Filing of returns paperwork accurately and efficiently;
- Assist the Returns Department as necessary;
- Other duties/special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Equivalent to at least a high school education and 1 to 3 years similar experience.
