SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant will provide vital administrative support to the VP, Fulfillment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Run and analyze 40+ daily, weekly, and monthly reports, covering all aspects of the business including Finance, Inventory, Freight & Shipping, Distribution, Fulfillment, Metrics & Benchmarking, and client reporting.
- Manage and maintain extensive metrics data on all Fulfillment groups.
- Provide administrative support to VP, Fulfillment including phones, travel, meetings, presentations, expense reporting, logistics, etc. Support other senior leadership within Fulfillment as needed.
- Serve as liaison to various third-party vendors.
- Execute various ad hoc jobs and projects as needed within Fulfillment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required along with experience working with databases.
- Ability to work as part of a larger team, as well as being self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Demonstrated interest in book publishing
- Detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

The compensation for this position is $50,000 - $55,000. There may be times that you will be required (or requested) to work overtime due to the nature of your role or exceptional workload issues or special projects.
