Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting a full-time, permanent Warehouse Operative to join our team in Lutterworth.

This is full-time, permanent position, you will be working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern the hours of 06:00-18:00

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Ensure a steady flow of goods throughout all areas of the warehouse
  • Get involved in a wide variety of warehouse functions, such as inbound, outbound, and stock control
  • Picking and packing of goods from our high-street clothing brand
  • Use warehouse management systems on a day-to-day basis

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • A fantastic attitude with the desire to learn and develop your skills and experience
  • Strong communication written and verbal communication skills
  • Warehouse experience would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided
  • A safety-focused, detail-oriented, and conscientious approach to your work
