We are currently recruiting for full-time, permanent, Warehouse Operatives to join us at our team in Enfield (EN3), supporting our customer, Iceland Foods. From receiving and storing products to picking, packing, and dispatching orders you will be involved in all aspects of our warehouse operations.

We're looking for Warehouse Operatives to join us on an 'any 5 days out of 7' pattern. Working on rotating shift, covering the hours of 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Our Warehouse Operatives work in any area of our warehouse from ambient, to chilled, to frozen - this is a great way to learn all about our business and how we support the wider supply chain
  • Pick goods using a modern voice picking system and load them onto pallets and cages using LLOP trucks
  • Support in the loading and unloading of vehicles

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
  • Willingness to work in multitemperature environment
  • Good communication skills and be hardworking
  • A positive attitude to working safely and as part of a team
