Here at GXO, we're looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our Haier team in Rugby. This is a full time,permanent,position and you'll be working on an 'any 5 from 7' shift pattern, either on a fixed AM 06:00 - 14:00,PM14:00 - 22:00 or rotational including AM and PM.

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Picking, wrapping and labelling products
  • Operating MHE (once passed in-house training) in a safely manner
  • Checking and confirming loads for accuracy, and report any discrepancies
  • Utilising the warehouse management system daily in line with pick and pack requirements
  • Assisting in all areas of the warehouse as and when required to meet daily operational needs

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • MHE license (LLOP, Reach Truck, Counterbalance) is highly desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Provide flexibility in approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Good attention to detail
