Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting a full-time, Warehouse Administratorto join our team at Sherburn In Elmet LS25 6PT ensuring that all things logistics are coordinated on site!

This isfull-time, 6 Month Fixed Term Contract. You will be working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday between the hours of 08:30 - 17:00,however flexibility will be required during peak times.

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Supporting the operational teams with any administrative duties
  • Inputting data into spread sheets for report writing
  • Providing information and data for the departments monthly KPI and period review packs and collating management information intended to be shared with the customer
  • Producing, issuing, controlling and accounting for documentation issued to warehouse operatives
  • Providing solution and assistance in problem solving
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks as required

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • WMS experience (ideally DLX)
  • Able to read and understand operational documentation
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self -motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads with the ability to work under own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
