  • Any 5 out of 7, 06:00 - 14:00
  • Any 5 out of 7, 14:00 - 22:00
  • Any 5 out of 7, 10:00 - 18:00
  • Any 5 out of 7, 18:00 - 02:00

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Managing inboxes & resolving customer requests
  • Co-ordinating the picking, packing and despatch of customer orders with the operational team
  • Using of WMS systems and excel spreadsheets to track orders, create reports and manage any issues
  • Ensuring that all Administration functions are completed on time and accurately

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Have a flexible approach to working times and be able to multitask
  • Be IT literate
  • Good problem-solving abilities and tenacity to resolve issues
