Here at GXO Logistics , we are currently looking for the full-time, permanent Warehouse Administratorsto join our team inLiverpool, working in partnership with our customerCastore.

You will be working Monday to Friday covering the hours of 06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00 or on an ' Any 5 in 7 Days ' shift pattern, covering the hours of 08:00 - 16:00 .

What you w ill do on a typical day:
  • Monitor inbound and outbound call logs throughout the shifts
  • Achieve, maintain, and improve daily, weekly, and periodic KPIs
  • Support customer in planning their launches, peaks, and ad-hoc activities
  • Assist management in the allocation of work on a daily basis

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management System is desirable
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility for own workload
