At GXO, we're looking for aTransport Administratorto join our Heineken contract in Southampton on a full time, permanent contract. You'll be working40 hoursper week, Monday to Fridayshift pattern, covering the hours of 09:30 - 17:30. Please be advised you will be required to work 2 Saturdays during December - this is to support business through the peak.

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Providing clear communication to both drivers and the customer via phone and email
  • Conducting Driver de-briefs
  • Updating and maintaining all KPI spreadsheets and producing accurate reports
  • Managing Driver tachograph infringements
  • Ensuring vehicle maintenance schedules are completed on time
  • Supporting onsite team with other duties such as investigating stock discrepancies

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Transport administrator experience is a must
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • An understanding of tachograph regulations and working time directive
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to support and provide help to colleagues
