Are you a person who is constantly managing and motivating your team, and strive for process improvements? In this role you work in 2-shifts and report to the Shiftleader.
What you do on a typical day
- Manage team performance; develop associates by providing training and coaching
- Manage coordinators and help them grow within their role
- Instruct, inform, and support the employees of the department, so that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and correctly, in accordance with the applicable standards (including KPI's and productivities)
- Lead start-up activities with cross functional teams
- Make recommendations regarding new hires, terminating contracts, performance evaluations and promotions
- Ensure that documents work instructions of processes are up to date and are being followed by the department
- Continually strive to improve the processes of your department

What do you need to succeed at GXO
- You have at least three years of experience in a similar (leading) position
- You have good communication skillsin English, verbal and written
- You have an enthusiastic and flexible attitude, and you have a self-starting ability
- You have good knowledge of office software and WMS functionality
- Competative salary that starts at 2924 euro with a max of 3848 euro gross per month
