Here at GXO we're looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Daventry. You will play a vital role in ensuring colleagues meet, or exceed, their operational requirements within specific contracts. You will also work alongside management to supervise warehouse related processes and associated warehouse functions as required.

This is a full-time, Permanent role, with working hours of Any 5 days from 7, working hours of 2pm-10:30pm

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Monitor, motivate, and evaluate Warehouse Operatives performances to ensure customer expectations are being achieved / exceeded
  • Developing, monitoring, and controlling key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide coaching through observations and provide performance feedback
  • Execute the daily work plan by adjusting the workflow to meet goals, by conducting daily briefs

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Previous supervisory experience within a similar environment
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels and teamwork skills
  • Understanding of Health & Safety regulations
  • Experience of MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel
