Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting a full-time, Stock Administratorto join our team in Sherburn in Elmet (LS25 6PT

This is afull-time,6 month Fixed Term Contract and you will be working an average of40 hoursper week - Monday-Friday covering the hours of either07:00 -15:30 OR 08:00-16.30,

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Undertake all aspects of planned and unplanned stock checks
  • Investigate stock from receipt through to point of despatch
  • Liaising extensively with other departments and functions as instructed by Stock Manager, and Team Leaders
  • Take proactive steps to resolve any stock investigations
  • Inputting data into spread sheets for report writing
  • Highlighting stock issues to management

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and VMS
  • Adhere to all GXO Health and Safety Policy
