• Responsible for exceeding customer metrics, support and attend customer QBR's
• Is end responsible for developing, implementing, agreeing, and applying all activities falling within the scope of work of the site
• Attracting new business to optimize capacity and increase turnover/profit, identifying new opportunities and looking for opportunities with existing customers to increase turnover
• Makes the site annual plan annually, interim reports on its progress to the Business Unit Director and makes action plans for improvement

What you need to succeed at GXO

• Self-driven and resilient and able to thrive in a challenging environment
• Work in a diverse environment and gain exposure to an international working environment
• Minimum experience: 10+ years of Operations experience; managing large projects with multiple stakeholders

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English, Dutch would be beneficial
