Are you experienced within a Senior Operational logistics role? Then this could be the right vacancy for you! We are recruiting for aSite Manager at GXO Logistics, supporting a site for a leading clothing retail company, based in Tilburg.
What you do on a typical day
- Responsible for all activities based at the site, ensuring accountability and performance
- Define multiple operations and ensure the implementation of new strategies.
- Leading initiatives to effectively meet or exceed requirements, and customer expectations
- Focus on LEAN techniques, quality management processes and cost control methodologies with the operations to achieve company goals and profit levels, continued business growth, and long-term relationships with customers

- Responsible for exceeding customer metrics, support and attend customer QBR's
- Is end responsible for developing, implementing, agreeing, and applying all activities falling within the scope of work of the site
- Attracting new business to optimize capacity and increase turnover/profit, identifying new opportunities and looking for opportunities with existing customers to increase turnover
- Makes the site annual plan annually, interim reports on its progress to the Business Unit Director and makes action plans for improvement
What you need to succeed at GXO
- Self-driven and resilient and able to thrive in a challenging environment
- Work in a diverse environment and gain exposure to an international working environment
- Minimum experience: 10+ years of Operations experience; managing large projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English, Dutch would be beneficial
