What you do on a typical day
- Prepare, check and analyze the weekly figures
- Forecastof (monthly) results
- Manage, analyze and maintain operational data as input for the weekly figures and invoicing
- Translatethe information needs from management and business into structural management information
- Prepare various frequent analytical reports and ad hoc financial analysis based on business needs.
- Independently perform the full month-end closing (journal entries & analyses) for multiple P&Ls
- Carryout preliminary work for the budget process
- Prepareof sales invoices for services performed

What you need to succeed at GXO
- Completededucation in Controlling, accountancy, business economics or business administration
- Extensive knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills and accuracy
- Passion for continuous improvement, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and a drive to make things better
- Analytical thinking and being able to make connections between the different departments
- Proficiency in English
It's great if youalso own the following:
- Experience in a logistics/industrial working environment is a plus, but not a must
