FINANCIAL SR. ANALYST - FPNA - GLOBAL OPERATIONS SUPPORT
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Financial reporting for APAC entities and completing ad hoc financial analysis.
- The ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, extreme attention to details, and consistently accurate, high quality financial analysis
- Conduct reporting for APAC regions including, monthly financial analysis, month end closing, forecasting, variance analysis, pipeline analysis, and graphical summaries of business unit financial performance andother ad hoc financial analysis
- Manage of perform periodical or ad hoc financial data analysis, queries, reconciliations and reports as needed by the stakeholders, management, or auditors
- Support initiatives targeted at financial processes improvement and the implementation of changes to achieve efficiencies and the Company's objectives in the areas of project billing, contract compliance and reporting, indirect cost recovery, financial reporting, and analysis
- Good understanding about PnL statement and self-investigate cost variances, working closely with business unit stakeholders to identify root causes of larger variances and opportunities to reduce costs.
- Promotion of good financial stewardship by helping cost controls, driving forecast accuracy, ensuring proper checks are in place to obtain accuracy and meeting the deadlines.

DECISION-MAKING RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Decisions and actions will have an impact on reputation, and/or customer satisfaction for our BUs and Senior Financial Management. Heavy decision-making is not expected, however day-to-day decisions as a FP&A SME working with the various functions is expected.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Master's degree in Commerce is a plus
- Minimum Required Experience:
- 5+ years' experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in business analysis, reporting, data analysis/conversion.
- Hyperion, Power BI, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint
- Oracle / EPBCS preferred

- Master's in business administration / Inter Chartered Accountant / Inter Cost & Management Accountant
- Six Sigma / Lean Management
- VBA / Advanced Excel preferred

- Knowledge of FP&A and Finance in general
- Ability to act in partnership with Ops teams.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics and Transportation industry is preferred
