Here at GXO Bradford and exciting opportunity has arisen for a QHSE Administrator to join the M&S Foods team. Within this role you will be responsible for providing professional administrative support to the QHSE team, ensuring compliance and data relevance whilst supporting operational needs.

The role is being offered on a full time, 6-month fixed term contract basis. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00.

You'll be paid a salary of up to £25,500 per annum. What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Work with members of the QHSE team to provide a good communications base for the operation and provide excellent customer service
  • Support QHSE manager and coordinators with administration tasks
  • Populate the accident tracker, care card tracker and be safe databases and compile all accident statistics and reports
  • Identify ways to streamline reporting processes and work with the QHSE team to identify cost saving initiatives for site where safety is paramount

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Previous Administrative experience, with an understanding of processes and procedures relating to QHSE
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels, with a focus on relationship building
  • Strong IT knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Positive, focussed and flexible approach to work, able to learn and adapt quickly
