What does your day look like in the role of our Process Engineer:

  • Actively participating in the phase of implementation of a new customer or new services
  • Conducting improvement projects on various sites across Germany
  • Tracking of technological advances and ongoing analysis of their applicability
  • Monitoring of the operational situation and ongoing support
  • Raising productivity through implemented changes
  • Fostering a Lean Manufacturing culture and applying the tools
  • Creation and supervision of technical documentation
  • Production and modification of technical drawings in AutoCad
  • Creation of reports, presentations and project calculations
  • Analysis and ongoing saving calculations of implemented changes
  • Management of optimization projects internally and in cooperation with external suppliers

What do you need to be successful?
  • Technical university degree
  • Solid background in logistics operations (the level of a supervisor operations)
  • Fluency in German and advanced level of English
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Lean tools are nice to have
  • Ability to solve problems, evaluate, plan and organize work
  • Ability to work as part of a team and gain commitment
