Here at GXO an exciting new opportunity has become available for an Operations Supervisor to join our Shared User site in Draycott.

You'll be working Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00, on a full-time, permanent basis.

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Plan, implement, manage, and control all areas of the operations and costs with maximum efficiency to ensure it exceeds customer and GXO expectations
  • Set, agree, and manage objectives and KPI's with direct reports to achieve a 'best in class' operation
  • Manage all assets and activities within the scope of the operation through clearly communicated processes and KPI's to achieve contractual requirements to meet customer's needs
  • Measure and review warehouse performance against company and customer KPI's and implement appropriate actions to seek continuous improvement

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Previous warehouse managerial experience within a similar environment
  • Thorough understanding of budgets, their formulation and management
  • Good PC skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Good understanding of WMS (SAP, DLx)
  • In depth knowledge of health and safety at work
