Do you want to use your expertise in a fast-paced and ambitious environment? For our brand new fashion warehouse in Heerlen we are looking for a senior Operations Manager with a passion for Fashion, Logistics & Supply Chain.

What does your day look like as an Operations Manager

• You will work in the warehouse according to the LEAN philosophy and take charge of operational implementations, evaluations & budgets
• Training the team
• You are responsible for a safe working environment
• Managing customer expectations/statistics and implementing KPIs
• You will report to the senior Opration Manager

What do you need to be successful

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area, with accompanying high level analytical skills
• At least 5-10 years of experience in a warehouse environment and the necessary maturity
• Lean background
• Problem solving thinking
• Knowledge of WMS systems
• You have experience in/with a 3 PL organisation
• Languages: English. Dutch is a pre!
