We are on the lookout for an Operations Administrator to join our team based in Bedworth ( CV10 7SE) and work on the Coldstore contract. As our new Operations Administrator, you will provide top-notch support and produce daily operational and costing figures for our customer

You will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, with hours from 07:00 - 19:00. By working on this schedule, you will have the advantage of extended time off and a structured work-life balance.

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Assist with releasing pick loads and helping colleagues with picking inquiries
  • Investigate and resolve account queries
  • Review operational discrepancies
  • Book stock in and out using the Ultima WMS system
  • Coordinate with third-party drivers and shunters to manage trailer movements
  • Ensure that products move seamlessly throughout the warehouse
  • Carrying out various other operational administrative tasks as needed

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail
  • The ability to work on own initiative and organise own workload
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems would be a bonus!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel& Outlook
