Do you have strong administration skills and wanting to look after a large range of sites? Perhaps you are working full time at the moment and looking for part time work?

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Network Administrator to join our Equipment Management business unit, based in Skelmersdale. As an Administrator, you will be supporting various ASDA ASC and Sainsbury's RRU sites across the country, providing financial, administrative and HR Services to maintain high standards.

This is a part time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 13:00 with some flexibility needed, this is logistics after all.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £12,324.00 per annum and 25 days (pro rata) annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Guarantee the integrity of the T&A System by reviewing and addressing daily exceptions
  • Maintain and process weekly and monthly payroll
  • Ensure all new starter checks are made in the network, including referencing is completed in a full and timely manner
  • Ensuring the timely production of correct daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports including financial, payroll, overtime, HR, and agency hours

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Previous experience as an Administrator would be desirable
  • PC literate with excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Confident with a logical approach to problem solving
