The responsibilities include:

  • Head of the Key Users team, specialist in solving computer and processes problems.
  • First level activities in the technical assistance service, assistance to the warehouse users for WMS issues ; second and third level scalations (European support) based on problem identification.
  • Definition of scope and requirements for WMS change requests and new functionalities. Head of the presentation of change requests and of the process follow-up.
  • Testing of the warehouse management for new developments, tickets management for the fixation of errors, assistance in the delivery of new warehouse management versions, support the maintenance team for problems resolution.
  • Management of the relations with clients caused by software problems (SW), tickets progress update.

Qualifications:
  • It will be valued a higher degree in computer science or engineering.
  • English, at least C1 or equivalent. This position requires a permanent English communication with multidisciplinary teams from other parts of Europe.
  • Ability for leadership, persuasion, initiative, teamwork, and resilience to stress.
  • Ability for the analysis of systems and processes, problems resolution and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in leading the implementation of improvement projects at a computer level. It will be valued the experience in projects management through the JIRA platform.
  • At least 1 year of experience with warehouse management software's (WMS). It will be valued experience with Reflex.
  • SQL/Oracle programming.
