Here at GXO we are seeking an IT & Systems Coordinator to join our successful team in Lutterworth. You'll provide WMS and AMR application support, as well as IT hardware support, to all warehouse end users based on designated shifts. This includes delivering onsite Level 1 IT support, analysing, and triaging all IT WMS application and hardware-related issues.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Monday to Friday until December 2024, after which the schedule will change to a 4-on-4-off pattern starting in January 2025.

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Management of functional accesses, and related controls to ensure appropriate colleague access to functionality within WMS associated applications and hardware
  • Support the deployment and testing of site equipment, floor-based label printers/RF devices etc. to ensure all equipment works as required
  • Develop and maintain understanding of key data flows to and from key Supply Chain applications (WMS/OMS/RMS/WES automated solutions, etc)
  • Ensure all direct activities have a relevant standard operating procedure and actively pursue the elimination of waste through the application of continuous improvement tools and techniques

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems - JDA/BY and other supply chain applications
  • Familiar with troubleshooting hardware/software issues within a warehouse environment
  • Reporting software knowledge and experience - Tableau, Power BI, Rebus
  • Rigorous and analytical approach to problem-solving with the ability to operate under pressure in a fast-moving environment
  • To be able to manage complex relationships with the customer and external partners on a regular basis
