As an IT Support Technician (m/f/d), you will work in a small IT team to continuously optimize our business and IT processes in a customer warehouse on-site and in the region. Above all, you will play a vital role in the IT administration at our multi-client site in Münchberg.
What your day as an IT Support Technician (m/f/d) looks like:
- User support in the Microsoft environment (Windows OS, Office 365) on-site or via remote maintenance
- Administration of Windows AD servers
- Ticket processing (1st and 2nd line support)
- Selection, procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software
- Administrative tasks within the IT department
- Participation in roll-out projects or new setups
- Documentation of IT processes
- (Teams) phone support for landlines and mobiles
- First point of contact for users regarding IT-related questions on-site with a high service orientation
- Possibly administration of database servers and/or computer networks

- You have successfully completed your training as an IT specialist or a comparable education and can demonstrate at least three years of professional experience in a corresponding position in system administration
- You have very good knowledge of Microsoft client and server operating systems, O365, Azure AD, Active Directory, and Intune
- Ideally, you have knowledge of IP networks up to Layer 7 and/or can provide corresponding support
- You are characterized by high communication skills and service orientation
- You have a self-reliant, reliable, and team-oriented way of working
- You are willing to travel occasionally to our locations for business trips (within the region)
- You speak German at fluent level
- You have advanced skills in English (both spoken and written)
