At our ASOS site in Doncaster, we are looking for an Inventory First Line Manager to join our busy 24/7 e-commerce operation on a full time, permanent basis. You'll be responsible for leading a team of people within the inventory team, focusing on continuous improvement, and promoting a team-based culture.
You'll be working Tuesday - Saturday on a nights, 21:45 - 06:15.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Manage the allocation of work within the inventory team on a daily basis, controlling headcounts and overtime budgets
- Develop and maintain appropriate reporting mechanisms to monitor, control and improve performance
- Monitor team absence and performance, taking action where necessary
- Pursue the elimination of waste through the application of continuous improvement tools and techniques

- Proven managerial experience would be desirable
