Here at GXO, we're looking for an Inventory Warehouse First Line Manager, to join our growing site in Wellingborough.

This is a Full Time, Permanent, position working Monday-Friday 22:00 - 06:00 (nights)

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Allocate resource to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Review available resource vs workloads and plan, calling out any potential risks
  • Review and interpret information on reports/trackers and redeploy resource to meet the inventory/operational needs
  • To ensure that cycle counts are completed within the given timeframe
  • To ensure that route cause analysis is conducted on required adjustments
  • To ensure the departments accuracy of any stock changes or amendments such as adjustments/status changes/sku modifications

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Proven experience in managing an operational team in a fast-paced warehouse
  • Experience with using warehouse management systems
  • Experience in inventory/stock control
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on maintaining on-site engagement
  • Ensure effective communication is delivered to colleagues and management teams daily
