Here at GXO, we're looking for an Inventory Administrator to join our Toolstation team in Northampton, on a full-time, permanent contract. You will be working on a Sunday - Thursday shift pattern, covering the hours from 15:00 - 23:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Update & maintain inventory records, providing analysis on inventory trends where required
  • Conduct cyclical and periodic stock counts, reporting any discrepancies
  • Investigate and provide answers to any customer or supplier stock queries
  • Ensure that all health & safety practices are followed in line with company procedure

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Previous inventory and warehouse systems experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Good attention to detail, with the ability to provide an analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving
  • The ability to learn and adapt to new systems & processes
